Does my customer need to download anything?
No. Your customers only need WhatsApp — which most people already have on their phone. There is no app to download, no website to visit and no account to create. They simply send a message to your business WhatsApp number and the system does the rest.
Can doctors and clinics use this for appointment booking?
Yes. Patients can select a doctor, choose an available time slot and confirm their booking through WhatsApp. The system sends them a reminder the day before and again 1 hour before the appointment. It can also collect basic patient info and reason for visit before they arrive.
How do restaurants handle food orders through WhatsApp?
We set up a digital menu inside the system. When a customer messages your WhatsApp number, the chatbot shows your menu, lets them select items, add to a cart and confirm their order. They can choose delivery or collection, and you receive the order instantly on your dashboard. The system also sends the customer an order confirmation and estimated time.
Can multiple staff members receive and reply to messages?
